1) The chemical composition of the profile shouldmeet the standard of GB / T3190.
2) The size tolerance should meet the standardrequirements of GB523701-2008. The size tolerance of building profile shouldallow the high precision level. The size tolerance of fit dimensionshould allow the super high precision level.
3) The surface of the profile should beclean and tidy, and there shouldn’t have defects such as cracks / skinning /corrosion and air bubbles.
4) The Webster hardness HW of profile shouldnot be less than 8.
