1) Decorative Surface: It refers to that westill can see the surface after processing, production and installation whenthe profile in the state of opening or closing.

2) Coating: A powder coating coated on thesurface of metal substrate.

The minimum local thickness of the coatingon the decorative surface is ≥40μm

Note: Due to the complexity of thecross-sectional shape of the extruded profile, so if the thickness of thecoating on certain surfaces (such as internal, transverse, etc.) is lower thanthe specified value is allowed.

3) Afterthe powder coating paint, the surface of profile should be uniform and clean.It does not allow wrinkles, cracks, bubbles, flow marks, inclusions, sticky andother flaws to affect the use. Mild orange peel is allowed.
