Quality Requirements – Heat Insulation Profile
1) Heat Insulation material: Non-metallicmaterial for connecting aluminum profiles.
2) The size deviation of profile shouldmeet the GB5237.1-2008. The insulation material in the middle of the profile shouldbe treated as a metal entity.
3) The longitudinal shear test andtransverse tensile test results of the profile should ≥ 24 (N / mm)
4) Appearance quality of the profile: The compositeparts of wear-type’s insulation profile allow a slight crack coating, butaluminum substrates do not allow the cracks.
