1. Unit  curtain wall engineering metal (aluminum, steel profiles, etc.) components,such as glass panels and 

sealing material (silicone structural adhesive,silicone sealant, etc.) and hardware accessories varieties, spe-

cifications,size, and the national performance should meet the design requirements of the  product standards 

and technical specification for the glass curtain wall  engineering (JGJ102) regulation, and the unit curtain wall 

joints and hangingwall thickness of aluminum alloy profiles shall not be less than 5.0 mm. 

2. The modeling  of wind-load * and elevation points should comply with the design  requirements.  

3. Unit  curtain wall accessories shall be complete and conform to the requirements of  the design, curtain wall 

and the main structure of the connection should be  solid and reliable. The number of attachments, specification, 

location,connection method and anti corrosive processing shall meet the designrequirements. Plug type betw-

een unit components should have certain lap length,vertical lap length should be not less than 10 mm, lateral 

lap length shouldnot be less than 15 mm. Units fittings and anchorage connector connection  should have three 

dimensional displacement adjustment ability, three direction  adjustment quantity should not be less than 20 mm.  

4. Fittings  of loose bolts should be waterproof and prevent measures.  

5. Unit  parts cross interface between seepage prevention measures should be taken, the  vent and drain applic-

ation of wind-load * porous sponge block. The unit curtain  wall should be no leakage.  

6. Wind-load* open window should comply with the design requirements, installation is firmand reliable, flexible 

for opening and closing, closing should be tight. Open  window fittings should be complete, the installation should 

be solid,installation position and open direction, angle should be correct.  

7. Wind-load* exposed frame, layering, decorative component, fillet, visor should comply  with the design require-

ments, installation is firm and reliable.   

8. Wind-load* lightning protection device shall be connected to the main structure of the  lightning protection device 

is reliable.  

9. Unit  curtain wall surface should be smooth, clean, all kinds of panel surface should  not have obvious abrasion, 

corrosion, pollution, spot. Glass should not have obviousimage distortion.   

10. Exposed frame ofunit curtain wall, layering, decorative component, fillet, visor should level  off and beautiful.  

11. Should  be horizontal flat vertical slab joints of CFRD is unit curtain wall, uniformsize, no obvious bending visual 

skew.  

12. Unit  glass curtain wall, the glue line of smooth and straight, glue line shall be noglue stains.  

13. Unit  glass curtain wall of fire prevention, heat preservation material should fillfull, uniform, surface should be solid, 

level off.  

14. Wind-load* hidden nodes of covering letter should be firm, neat, beautiful decoration.
