The surfacetreatment of aluminum profile mainly includes: Anodizing, Electrophoretic Coating,Powder Coating and Fluorocarbon Coating.

1. Anodizing

Treatment Way:Surface is oxidation,

Surface Standard: Anodizedprofile surface is not allowed to appear electric burns, oxide film off and otherdefects.

Film Level: It dividesinto AA10, AA15, AA20 and AA25.

2. Electrophoretic Coating

The surface of theprofile is treated by anodizing and electrophoretic coating.

Film Level: Itdivides into A, B and S.

3. Powder Coating

The surface ispainted by Akzo powder.

4. Fluorocarbon Coating:

Surface adopts polyvinylidenefluoride paint for the coating.

The thickness of decorativesurface has different requirements, the average thickness of second paint ≥ 20um, the average thickness of third paint≥ 40um, the average thickness of forth paint≥ 65um.

The film paint of each surface treatmentshould be uniform, clean and smooth. It is not allowed to have wrinkles,cracks, bubbles, flow marks, inclusions and film off. But in the range of 80mm at theend of the Profile, It is allowed to have no film in part.
